Home Buyers

We love working with home buyers. Our primary focus is to ensure that our real estate clients look back on the transaction with a feeling of confidence that they found their dream home for a great price.

As your buyer’s agency, we will scour the market for the perfect property for you. Unlike many agents who simply submit a search on the MLS, we will do whatever it takes to find the right property—including directly contacting home owners whose properties are potentially a good fit, even if they haven’t put their property up for sale.

Below you’ll find a list of resources we’ve created for home buyers, outlining the home buying experience from start to finish.

Choosing Whether to Rent vs Buy Your Home

Rent vs Buy November 27, 2020 by Kasia Harmata Leave a Comment

A foundational aspect of the American Dream is homeownership. Contrary to popular belief however, it’s not always better to buy a home than to rent a home. Like most things, there are several factors to consider when choosing to rent vs buy.

Primary factors that should affect your decision are:

  • Are you financially prepared to purchase a home?
  • Do you see yourself staying in the area for at least 5-10 years?
  • Can you afford a home of the desired size in your preferred area?
  • What does the local housing market look like historically?

Let’s go through each of these four elements as they relate to choosing should rent vs buy a home.

Relocating to Irvine, CA – A Comprehensive Guide

Irvine Homes August 17, 2020 by Kasia Harmata Leave a Comment

Are you planning on relocating to Irvine? Going through a relocation can be a very stressful experience, especially if you don’t know the area you’re moving to and you wait too long to get your new home’s utilities set up.

Failing to prepare is actually more common than you might think. Having moved across state lines several times in my life, I’m no exception to the rule. The first couple times I moved, I treated it like a high school term paper and put everything off until the last minute. Of course, then I had nobody to blame but myself when I spent the first week in my new home with no internet or utilities.

Buying and selling, simplified.

We believe real estate transactions are about more than just completing the sale at all costs. A great experience leaves both the seller and the buyer feeling confident that they made the right choice. For sellers, it's all about providing pre, during and post-sale support to help close sales quickly and for the desired sales price. For buyers, we look at the unique needs and desires of our clients to find the best properties available, and to help them close within the desired price range.

Our Approach

We imagine the above sounds like it can probably get complicated, and it most certainly can! However, we take care of all of the details involved and guide our clients through the entire process, so that they can sit back and enjoy a simple experience from start to finish.

It's what we call our hoLISTic approach to real estate, and it's what separates us from the rest of the crowd.
